The schedule so far is very tentative because we still have a lot of details to be worked out.  Even after we cut back on some activities, we still have a LOT of them left and we don't want this to be a weekend that you spend running from one activity to another.  The idea is to relax and have a goo time!  You can pick and choose which of the activities you want to attend, skip the rest, and go swimming!

Informal gathering Friday 7:30 - 10:00 Maybe dinner or gathering at local watering hole?
Welcome Reception / Orientation Saturday 11:30 - 12:30 pm Early because you need to be issued the ID tags for the Tours
Tour of Coast Guard Ship Saturday 1:00 - 4:00 pm Ship's Tours have a limited size of participants
Tour of any other Navy Ship Saturday 1:00 - 4:00 pm We will post a flexible schedule later - you will not be touring the whole 3 hours
Mallory Square Sunset Celebration Saturday 6:00 - 8:00 pm Very entertaining and interesting
Car Show Sunday 7:30 - 1:30 What more can we say, the highlight of the weekend!
Tour of Naval Air Station Sunday 2:30 - 4:30 May need to add more time to this
BB-Q Sunday 6:30 - 8:00 This can be the dinner for the day
Tour of Key West Night Life Sunday 8:30 - Closing.... We will probably break up into smaller more manageable groups for this event
Recover from activities above Monday Sleep till whenever Either head for Miami early or leave early evening and enjoy the full day!
       
       
       
       
       
       
       





We realize that it is important we keep you informed of any schedule changes due to increment weather, therefore we have spared no expense and purchased the latest meteorological equipment so that we can monitor the weather and be able to report back to you as soon as any adverse weather conditions com up!
